I have referred for the past 2 weeks about the House Troubles I am having due to the new gypsy bunch moving in behind my property and the constant noise coming from the caravan generator, which is still whirring away at all hours god sends.This week however, the problem is not only resuming at the rear but now at the front of my property! This week has seen a series of lorries and vans pull up at the front of my house and indeed the neighbours on my row and they have started to dig up the side of the houses so that they can presumably dig up and amend the drainage works for the new build which is still being erected at the back of my humble home!
So not only do I and my neighbours now have to put up with the irritating goings on behind us, but now in front of us. when we step out of our front doors we are greeted to the sight of workmen and the sound of further infuriating machinery. The side of my row of houses is what us residents use for when we want our Wheelie Bins emptied and where there was once the sight of green, green grass all be it overgrown we now have dirt, muck and squelchy stuff to deal with! What a residence Bolton Old Road is turning into at the moment! to think it was once a relatively quiet, charming little road... now it is just like a common, loud pass through for seemingly every builder in Greater Manchester to pop down too.
So if anybody else cares to come through and dig up the road or cause further misery for us residents, feel free too! I for one am sick of on-going aggravation and hassle.I say and ask again to just who on earth allowed planning permission for these Gypsy's to erect such a tall build which again now obliterates my, and am sure my neighbours view at the back of our houses? They certainly have made their mark over the last month and my, how the ambiance is rather flat! Maybe we just all need a good old Neighbourhood community spirit again?
