I feel as if my weekly column is turning into the likes of a weekly continuing soap opera, throughout the previous weeks I have been telling you about the delightful people who have erected a property behind mine and until it has finished setup a temporary motor home. The people who have moved in are from the Gypsy community and throughout the past ¾ weeks have been causing a right old racket at the unearthly hours of 5,6,7 and 8am whilst they seem to have dragged in an entire building force... with noises from all kinds of machinery unkindly interrupting my somewhat unpredictable sleeping pattern!
The latest news I have for you this week is not only do I have an ugly looking property to look at through my bedroom window, not only is there a motor home situated next to it... this week has seen the welcoming of a portaloo, a caravan and a new bunch of builders show up! Why is that so bad? because now rather than an irritating builder waking me up to the sound of banging tiles into place, but now a Caravan Generator! The blasted thing has been releasing a rather loud irritating buzzing noise at 6am! Albeit seemingly working better than an alarm clock I cannot believe not only the lack of manners this bunch of morons seem to have but also the sheer audacity! I must state again that I have nothing at all against the Gypsy community, other than I think some of their morals are completely obtuse, however, whoever allowed them permission to erect their new shack up on the land behind ASDA is completely deluded. I fear a future of many comings and goings in a sense of caravans! I am gazing out of my window every few hours to see a potential new television drama unfold in the front of my very eyes... should I be worried? I am remaining calm, yet breathing heavily and feeling remarkably uncomfortable. Here’s hoping for a secure future at my home residence, a message to my unexpected new neighbours however is... Nice Patio and gazebo!
