I mentioned a few weeks ago about the irritating goings on towards the rear of my property. In the spare land behind the Asda Supermarket on Bolton Road, a family of Gypsy's have moved in, into temporary accommodation whilst their new property is being built and erected.
The process has been an utter dreadful one, being woke up in the early hours of a morning to the sound of some insensitive soul faffing with concrete.
Of course it is the key reason of me being deprived from sleep but this week the roof has finally been finished! The slates have been put into place one by one and some annoying little man banging them into place at the bright and breezy hour of 8am... quite frankly I have hoped he fell off on more than one occasion.
I can only hope when the family move in they won’t be a noisy lot! I am praying the loudness of the build isn’t something I have to endeavour to live with for much longer in the future!
