Officers are appealing for witnesses to a serious collision in Leigh.
At 10.45pm on Saturday 8 October 2011, a cyclist and Nissan Micra collided at the junction of Atherleigh Way and Kirkhall Lane in Leigh.
The 30-year-old cyclist was taken to hospital with head, leg and pelvis injuries and remains there in a critical condition.
The road was closed for four hours while investigation work was carried out at the scene.
