A man has been charged after a man was stabbed in the back in Wigan.
Sean Knowles (22/03/1988) of Fieldhead Avenue, Astley has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent (section 18 assault).
He appeared before Wigan Magistrates' Court on Monday 8 November 2010.
At 12.43pm on Saturday 6 November 2010, police were called to Fieldhead Avenue, Astley and found a 32-year-old man with a serious stab wound to his back.
He was taken to hospital for treatment and he remains in a stable condition.
