Officers investigating an indecent exposure in Wigan have released a CCTV image of a man they want to trace in connection with the incident.
At about 10.45am on Tuesday 4 May 2010, a 20-year-old woman was jogging along the old railway line at Pennington Flash off St Helens Road, Leigh.
A man was on the old railway bridge and shouted to the woman.
She took her iPod earpieces out and spoke with him for a moment.
The man then moved into the full view of the woman and she realised he was exposing himself so she ran off.
Officers investigating the incident released an e-fit of the man at the time of the incident in May.
The victim spotted the man going into a shop the day after the incident, Wednesday 5 May 2010 and the team investigating have now found CCTV from the shop.
The offender is described as a white man, aged between 47 and 50, 5ft 10in tall, of stocky build with short grey hair and bushy eyebrows. He was wearing a black polo shirt, pale blue jeans and black boots. He spoke with a slight Irish accent.
Police Constable Stephen Marsden, from the Leigh East Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: "Pennington Flash Country Park is a beautiful area and those lucky enough to live near it should be able to jog, walk their dogs and enjoy the surroundings free from people like this man spoiling it.
"We are determined to find this man. Please take a look at this image - does it resemble someone you know or have seen around?
"I'd like to reassure the community that most people visiting Pennington Flash are there to enjoy the surroundings safely and legally. Officers do patrol the area regularly and are happy to speak to anyone with concerns."
