Two men have been charged following the death of Dylan Aaron. 

David McGrail (26/04/1976) of Lancaster Avenue has been charged with one count of murder and one count of section 47 assault. 

Drew McGrail (18/01/1984) of Lancaster Avenue has been charged with one count of murder and one count of criminal damage. 

Both are due to be appear before Wigan Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 2 June 2010. 

Police were called to the pond shortly after 3.50am on Sunday 30 May 2010 following reports of an assault. 

It was also reported Dylan had been thrown into the water and had not been seen for some time. 

Dylan was recovered from the water at 8.05am.
