The Pendle Witch Halloween Beer Festival

ST. George's to hold Open Day!

ST. Georges Opening DayHead Teacher Rachael Coulthard of local C.E. Primary School ST. George's got in contact with Atherton Online to tell us about an exciting Open Day the school is holding on the 9th November.

The day looks to be a special event for the school with all staff wanting to show off just how well behaved and well mannered pupils are!

With impressive results statistics dating from 2009 up until 2011 the Primary School is an asset to our local community and with a recent ‘Phase Four’ completion of a adventurous programme of new build and refurbishment, the school clearly not only provides an A* education but also a new, modern building which is extremley welcoming to the eye, ensuring the school's reputation is not only portrayed well through the children but also the school building itself.

This shall be an excellent opportunity for all of the local community to show support to the school and that we value what it does for some of our community's children.
